Questions

Pricing FAQ

What counts as a SKU?
Each individual stock-keeping unit in your catalogue — a specific product variant — counts once, whether it's in stock or not. Your plan tier is based on the total size of the catalogue Stockmind™ analyses.
What's the difference between CSV and Live WMS?
On Pro you can upload inventory and sales data or connect via API. Business and Enterprise connect directly to your warehouse management system, so stock levels, supplier codes, locations, and order history sync automatically with no manual exports.
What are ShelfDays?
Most tools divide units sold by calendar days, which understates any product that was out of stock part of the time. Stockmind measures ShelfDays — the days each product was genuinely on the shelf — from your warehouse's stock history, and calculates velocity against that. The products it rescues are Phantom Slow Movers™: fast sellers that look sluggish only because they were empty. On a real 226,000-SKU catalogue it corrected 82% of selling products, with the fastest movers understated by as much as 6×.
What does trend weighting do?
A flat average treats a product rising from 5 to 15 units a month identically to one falling from 15 to 5. Trend weighting compares the recent rate against the full window and blends them, so rising products are ordered as rising and fading ones aren't reordered on old sales. Confidence scales with recent volume, so a single lucky week can't inflate an order — and the weight is adjustable, including off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up as your catalogue grows or your needs change. Changes take effect from your next billing period.
How is billing handled?
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in your agreed currency and exclusive of applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer a trial or onboarding?
Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding to get your systems connected and configured. For Pro and Business, get in touch and we'll help you get set up and confirm the plan that fits your catalogue.
What if my catalogue is larger than 50,000 SKUs?
Enterprise handles unlimited SKUs and multiple warehouses, and is built for large catalogues that need server-side calculation at scale. Contact us for custom pricing.
